Position overview:
we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead our global talent acquisition initiatives. This role is pivotal in attracting high-potential candidates from leading academic institutions and positioning our company as a top employer in the global marketplace.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute global strategies to attract top talent from prestigious universities (e.g., ivy league, oxbridge, top european and asian institutions).
* establish and nurture relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and academic networks.
* organize and participate in international recruitment events, career fairs, and campus engagements.
* design and manage internship, graduate, and early-career programs aligned with business needs.
* lead employer branding initiatives targeting emerging talent across global markets.
* collaborate cross-functionally with hr, marketing, and diversity & inclusion teams to enhance candidate experience and employer value proposition.
* monitor global talent trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
* oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent development for university hires.
qualifications:
* education
: bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, international relations, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g., mba, talent management, international education) is a plus.
* experience
: minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, university relations, or employer branding, with proven success in global recruitment and university partnerships.
* language
: fluent in english (required); additional languages are an asset.
