Data Entry Clerk (Remote | B2B Sales Support)
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual to join our wholesale
representative group as a Sales Territory Coordinator. This role focuses on managing and
implementing changes to salesperson territory assignments by zip code. You will work
closely with sales management and vendors to ensure updates are accurate, well-
documented, and clearly communicated.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute zip code changes across sales territories using internal
systems.
• Update and maintain master spreadsheets and digital documentation.
• Use mapping tools (e.g., Map Business Online) to reflect territory changes visually.
• Investigate and resolve territory conflicts or account questions using defined
guidelines.
• Communicate changes clearly to affected salespeople and managers.
Qualifications:
• Strong Excel skills (data organization, basic analysis).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Comfortable working with mapping software (Map Business Online experience is a
plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Digitally inclined and adaptable — everything else can be trained!
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or similar industries is a plus.
• Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with strong data orientation.
