Activities include: conducting site reviews, project walks, and assisting with site inspections. Preparing and distributing association communications, newsletters, and custom letters. Maintaining association records, calendars, and governing documents. Assisting with board meetings, agendas, packets, and follow-up actions. Supporting fiscal management, vendor bids, and contract coordination. Communicating with board members, homeowners, and vendors regarding community business. Managing emergency vendor needs and overseeing outstanding community items.
