About the role:
what you´ll be doing:
- manage audits: meet the requirements of internal and external auditors, and follow up on the observations resulting from the audits. This includes overseeing the implementation of recommendations and the correction of identified deficiencies. Direct the requirements of local audits with the accounting and/or tax teams of the territories.
- implement monitoring systems, for each operational process on the equipment, designed to detect and alert about possible anomalies; seeking to generate preventive reviews in a timely manner.
- collaborate with the areas involved and the territories to which services are provided to negotiate and establish slas that ensure efficient and quality service.
- actively encourage and promote the continuous improvement of the area's processes, encouraging executives and analysts to identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions with the use of technology that allow greater efficiency. The above translates into greater efficiency of the ftes of the area and the accounting area.
- periodically train the team in those processes and/or knowledge that require reinforcement. Likewise, attend to training requests made by the client, guaranteeing that all their needs and expectations are addressed.
*requirements*:
- bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance, business
- bilingual in spanish and english, both written and verbal.
- 3 years of experience performing accounting audits
- experience in internal control processes, quality, continuous improvement, development and innovation
- expert proficiency in ms excel
