lead customer communication for product quality issues
* quality assurance for new product launches to achieve int./ext. product quality targets
* follow-up customer complaint process to increase customer satisfaction
qualifications
advanced product quality planning (apqp) & product launch
* ppap package assembly and psw submission for approval to customers
* authority to sign psw
* quality responsible in q(g)cs for new products / applications
* participation in the pfmea/cp/pqi during product realization process
* make sure defined special characteristics are included. Provide quality history and lessons learned
* define & communicate product safe launch & exit criteria
* quality section line releases for new products / applications (qmm wsr) per defined procedure
* qmm ensures qz test is planned for the vs products for current my as defined in cdq0404. (pv test is planned by mfe product coordinator)
* confirmation of containment actions and effectiveness of corrective actions on the shop floor in case of customer claims. 8d process monitoring with responsible, mfq, pqa, development, application etc.
* tracks the 8d progress to achieve 8d closure in less than 60 days
* cri reduction related to s&c’s: analyze trends & events in order to kick‑off activities with responsible departments to initiate activities to reduce s&c’s
* dnf/tnf monitoring to trigger actions within sales, application or program managers
* english advanced
