Event marketing manager role
the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of trade show participation. This includes booth design, staffing, promotional materials, and attendee engagement. Additionally, they will develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure, lead generation, and community building.
to achieve these goals, the event marketing manager will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. They will research and identify relevant trade shows and industry events to participate in, considering audience demographics, competitor presence, and overall strategic fit.
some key responsibilities include:
* managing event budgets and negotiating vendor contracts.
* tracking expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
* briefing on taxdome events for prospects and clients: lunch&learn, road show, community events etc.
* evaluating event performance, measuring roi, and providing post-event analysis and reporting to optimize future events.
requirements:
this role requires a proven track record (3+ years) of successful event marketing management or related roles, preferably within the b2b saas or tech industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences is essential. Flexibility to travel to trade shows and taxdome events as needed is also required.
