We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team!
as a customer service specialist your role would be to handle two core business functions: customer support and customer relationship management and and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and re engagement.
key responsibilities:
customer service responsibilities
* handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
* ensure timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* track and analyze service metrics (e.g., response times, satisfaction scores).
* create and improve customer service procedures and policies.
* managing crm software (e.g., salesforce, hubspot, zoho).
* maintain accurate customer records and segment the customer base for targeted campaigns.
* develop and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and re-engagement.
* generate reports and insights on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
* collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align crm efforts with overall business goals.
qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in customer service.
* bs degree in communication or marketing or a similar career
* experience with crm systems is required.
* english fluency and strong communication skills are necessary.
* the candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to deliver results according to expectations.
* open to ongoing training and management.
