we're seeking an experienced
e-commerce operations manager
to oversee and run day-to-day operations end-to-end.
this is a
high-ownership, operator role,
ideal for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams and can independently manage and scale store operations.
you will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination.
responsibilities
manage daily shopify store operations end-to-end
oversee the full order lifecycle: order intake ? Production ? Fulfillment ? Delivery
coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners
manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication
lead and manage a small remote/offshore team
implement and optimize operational processes and workflows
ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
support project management initiatives across operations and fulfillment
collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiency
qualifications
hands-on shopify operations experience (a must)
experience in b2b e-commerce environments (bulk/custom orders)
proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logisticsexperience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflows
strong organizational and project management skills
experience working in a $3m+ revenue e-commerce brand
ability to operate as a generalist across operations
experience managing remote or offshore teams
strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
print-on-demand or custom product experience
familiarity with tools such as klaviyo, close crm or similar e-commerce/crm platforms
experience scaling operations in growing brands
