- lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
- manage main productivity kpi's (ottr and otfp among others)
- set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
*you must have*
- bachelor's degree in a related field
- previous experience in a leadership role (at least 1 year).
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results
- english: intermediate level
- excel and office knowledge
