The main duties of this position are:Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships to ensure their needs and expectations are consistently met.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular check-ins.Liaise with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and resolve any client or internal concerns.Handle escalations professionally and efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction.Ensure clients are responded to in a timely manner and process deadlines are met.Understand our full client services process to help cover Staffing Coordinators and other team members when needed.Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM.Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional staffing placements or services, aligned with client needs.Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering requirements, coordinating initial setups, and ensuring a smooth transition.Schedule:Monday - Friday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM CSTWe OfferChristmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)12 vacation days after the first yearIMSSMajor medical insurance since day 1After Three Months Probationary Contract, We AddMinor medical insurance (Clinic may vary depending on your city).

Native/ Similar to native English both written and verbal (C2)2 years of similar experience (Client Relationship Manager, Client Services, transferrable experience from Hospitality, Customer Experience).
Bachelor's degreeExperience working with US-based businesses.Experience maintaining and updating CRM's.HubSpot experience is a plus
