we are seeking a skilled and highly motivated salesforce business analyst to join our team in mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to gather and manage user stories and facilitate agile development processes.
what you will do:
1. collaborate with the scrum team and product owner to groom user stories, track the day-to-day progress of sprint execution, identify and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by the team.
2. support implementation and operations management best practices.
3. support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related to systems implementation, operations & maintenance, and helpdesk operations.
4. perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues.
5. demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
6. identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
7. independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope.
8. documentation is necessary and should be well aware of contributing to user stories, test scripts, training materials.
your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
1. university graduate with +3 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience.
2. experience working with teams to deliver in agile project environments.
3. experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
4. strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
5. must have contributed to at least one major salesforce project from discovery to go-live.
6. gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the development team.
7. ability to work closely with client members of the team and smes.
8. declarative customization, including the creation of flow, approval processes, validation rules, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards.
9. agile scrum management.
10. ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps.
11. salesforce certifications and experience working with financial services cloud are a plus.
12. advanced english level (only resumes in english will be considered).
