* sales support: use sfdc and cpq to review purchase orders and assist with quoting. Enter sales orders, send invoices, and transact credit & rebills using erps.
* licensing and fulfillment: create and manage software licenses using various tools. Manage pos and invoicing on customer portals.
* customer onboarding and support: support customers through the onboarding process and address their requests and issues.

* update opportunity records for forecasting
* communicate delivery dates to customers
