Talent acquisition specialist job descriptionwe are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with expertise in full life cycle recruitment, including requirement clarification, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, developing effective recruitment strategies, and implementing them through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.in addition to these responsibilities, the talent acquisition specialist will also be expected to maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes, analyze recruitment metrics, and make recommendations for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.key responsibilities:full life cycle recruitment: end-to-end recruitment experience, including requirement clarification, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing, and onboarding.talent sourcing: identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.hiring manager liaison: working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement them.candidate management: maintaining accurate records of candidates and hiring processes, analyzing recruitment metrics, and making recommendations for improvement.communication and interpersonal skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.requirements:2-4 years of strong recruitment background.2-4 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.highly motivated and organized individual.experience working with ats and linkedin.strong understanding of sourcing using various techniques.education:bachelor's degree.language:english - advanced - c1 level.spanish.portuguese is nice to have.additional information:this is a hybrid (3 days from office) position located in guadalajara, mexico. Engineering/manufacturing/pharma/healthcare recruiting is a huge plus. Technology understanding is also a huge plus.
