key responsibilities
* act as the main contact for clients, ensuring effective communication.
* resolve account issues proactively to prevent escalations.
* monitor account health, kpis, and compliance with amazon policies.
* coordinate with internal teams on logistics, inventory, and operations.
* manage daily account tasks efficiently and accurately.
* provide clients with performance reports and improvement insights.
* identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
* minimum 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
* excellent communication skills for managing client relationships.
* proven problem-solving abilities and proactive account management.
* highly organized, capable of handling multiple accounts.
* experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
* ability to work independently and remotely with teams.
* includes a 90-day probation period.
nice to have:
* experience with amazon seller central or ecommerce fields.
* background in ecommerce agencies or amazon consulting.
* knowledge of amazon policies and account health.
* familiarity with reporting tools and performance metrics.
