Technical architect (ingestion / etl) is an integral part of the technical architecture team. This role will be based out of india, reporting into etl technical architect - data & analytics. This role will be responsible for creating data orchestration with azure data factory pipelines & dataflows. Key role is to understand the business requirements and implement the requirements using azure data factory, utilizing & enriching our framework.

what we look for?
* bachelor of science degree and/or masters in software engineering / computer science or an equivalent discipline
* 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience using various development methodologies to deliver robust paas and daas based analytics solutions using azure cloud technologies azure data factory, hd insights, azure data bricks, ssis and other etl tools
* strong knowledge of hadoop, mpp data platform, azure data factory, azure hdi, power bi and open source technologies, azure analysis service, dax, and advanced cube design techniques
* candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to agile applications development, support and deployment.
* expert level experience with azure data lake, azure data factory, synapse azure blob, azure storage explorer
* proficient in creating data factory pipelines for on-cloud etl processing; copy activity, custom azure development etc.
* knowledge of azure data catalog, event grid, service bus, sql and synapse
* good technical knowledge in sql server bisuite (etl, reporting, analytics, dashboards) using ssis, ssas, ssrs, power bi
