responsibilities
* collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
* create detailed 3d models of buildings, structures, and landscapes using specialized software.
* apply appropriate textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal of 3d models.
* develop realistic renderings and visualizations of architectural designs.
* incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
* stay up to date with current industry trends and techniques in 3d rendering and visualization.
* work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as architecture, design, or animation.
* proven experience as a 3d artist, preferably in the architectural visualization field.
* proficient in using software such as lumion, enscape, twinmotion, autodesk 3ds max, sketchup, or similar.
* proficiency in autocad and revit is not mandatory but would be a plus.
* strong understanding of composition, lighting, and texture creation.
* attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* fuent in english. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
