range salary: $20,000 - $30,000
location: santa catarina, nuevo león (regio parque industrial segundo sector)

education: bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or related field
work schedule: monday to saturday (8am to 5pm)
experience:
· 3+ years of progressive hr experience.

requirements:
· solid knowledge of mexican labor law and experience managing labor relations and payroll.
· experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and organizational development.
· strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· ability to work independently, with hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments.
key responsabilities:
· establish and lead the hr function during the startup of the new manufacturing facility.
· design and implement hr policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and local labor regulations.
· lead end-to-end recruitment for plant positions, including direct and indirect labor.
· manage labor relations and act as the liaison with unions, employees, and legal advisors.
· oversee payroll, time & attendance, and compliance with labor law requirements.
· design and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
· develop training and onboarding programs to support operational ramp-up.
· ensure a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment through strong communication and hr practices.
· support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
· partner with global hr and local leadership to align hr strategy with business goals.
