the strategic digital adoption manager is responsible for driving the adoption of cemex go ols and smart service centers features across regions. This involves defining the evolution of these features and their capabilities.
main responsibilities:
* measure and monitor the adoption of cemex go ols and ssc features
* validate adoption definitions with regional teams
* create adoption reports for stakeholders
* design new adoption indicators
* define and implement adoption strategies with regional teams
* communicate adoption insights to stakeholders and operations teams
* coordinate activities and plans with cross-functional teams

* ensure adoption indicators provide actionable information for decision-making
* meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

requirements:
* language: fluent english (business conversation)
* academic background: bachelor's degree in business development, engineering, innovation, or master's degree
* experience: 6+ years in digital project management, innovation, management, business development, and data management
* leadership experience: at least 2 years leading cross-functional work teams
