they are responsible to answer customer calls at the first ring, with highest quality of service and the lowest error rate.
arcs representatives are as well responsible to handle agents or sales team inquiries and questions regarding balances, deposits posting, credit limits requests etc.
and any other accounting ar related needs.

answering inbound calls and provide assistance to agents (asociates), sales team and any other internal departments who might need help or have questions regarding account balances, credit limit increase etc.
basically any accounts receivable related issues.
providing personalized customer service of high-standard professional level.
the quality of service that our agents are required to handle is +80% of our quality check-list.
building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
provide guidelines on how to submit their deposit receipts through our different channels
handling agents, sales team, other internal department directly by telephone and responding to agents, sales team and other internal deparments inquiries and questions promptly.
providing feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the call center department to their supervisor.
facilitating the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
determining problems or issues in queries or complaints handling nature and proposing solutions for enhancements.
*qualifications*:
previous customer services experience as well as experience on handling high volume of inbound calls is preferred
ability to handle customer's calls at the first ring and with courtesy ensuring to seek for first call resolution.
ability to understand as well as grasp basic customer information.
ability to cope up with difficult customer situations.
should analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions.
excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills.
