Responsibilities

* assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.
* provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
* evaluate and enhance ai-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.
* ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.
requirements
* have a minimum of of professional video editing experience.
* demonstrate expert proficiency in adobe premiere pro and final cut.
* possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
* have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
* have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
