We are seeking a skilled salesforce consultant or developer (minimum 8-10 years of experience) to join our expanding ams support and project delivery team for a leading us-based client. The role requires strong salesforce expertise in consulting and/or development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.
key responsibilities:
* provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's salesforce environment.
* gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
* design, configure, develop, and implement salesforce solutions (sales cloud, service cloud, etc.).
* manage and maintain integrations with other systems.
* collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources.
* troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
* maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.
requirements:
* proven experience as a salesforce consultant or developer.
* salesforce certifications (administrator, platform developer i/ii, sales/service cloud consultant, etc.) highly preferred.
* strong knowledge of apex, visualforce, lightning components (aura/lwc), flows.
* experience with integration tools and apis.
* strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
extensive expertise in some of the following areas:
* b2b and e-commerce solutions
* service cloud, sales cloud, and marketing cloud
* experience cloud (community cloud)
* einstein and ai-driven analytics
* mulesoft integration suite and integration designer platform (idp)
nice to have qualifications:
* experience with chatgpt 4.0 prompt engineering or similar ai tools, particularly document ingestion use cases, is a significant advantage.
