Logistics team leader (f/m/d)

responsibilities
* follow up critical items together with the master scheduler in order to have materials produced on time to fulfill shipping schedule based on customer demand.
* coordinate with finished goods warehouse pre‑shipments and shipments to ensure on‑time delivery to the customers.
* otd follow up on a daily basis.
* monitor asn sent to customers in every shipment to assure compliance and avoid misalignment in front of customer system.
* work with customers continuously, maintaining strong communication and a high level of commitment regarding every customer requirement.
* follow up on customer concerns and involve additional departments in necessary cases.
* manage customer service portals as required to provide responses on specific requirements such as action plans, shipment promise dates, customer concerns, etc.
* plan materials, manage inventory, and maintain control.
* monitor and control transactions with the traffic responsible and with brokers or carriers/forwarders to ensure completion of processes on time.
* follow up in container management customer system to guarantee continuous flow of dunnage to support production and customer shipments on time.
qualifications
* experience more than 2 years.
* knowledge in material planning, inventory, supplier management, customer management, traffic and import processes.
* advanced english.
