- track ad campaign performance and ensure programs deliver on time and on budget
- ensure the client’s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback
- manage campaign activity and provide feedback to client
- lead client meetings and action items, ensuring a timely turn-around time
- work with other business units as necessary to craft a winning campaign
- relate personally with our clients and creative lead
- other job-related tasks as necessaryyou must have- at least 3 (three) years of experience in client management, media management, and/or advertising/marketing
- bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
- experience working and thriving in a team environment with shared goals and business objectives
- demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
- expertise in google workspace, and microsoft office + knowledge of adobe creative suite and/or similar software programs is a major plus
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- a customer and brand-centric approach to all decision-making
