Responsibilities

Qualifications
a university degree required (e.g., bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
Proficiency with bi tools (e.g., power bi) and strong visualization skills.
Experience working with database and data management tools (e.g., ms access, sql‑based systems).
Hands‑on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., power automate) to streamline data processes and reporting.
Experience working with relational data sources; familiarity with sql, power query, dax, or similar preferred.
Advanced proficiency in english (written and verbal) required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured workflows, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key objectives
own and manage sir iqvia data sources and ff productivity / profitability data, lead through analysis on the market situation, business environment and competition to drive growth, higher productivity and roi.
Support and maintain sir or cluster dashboards (sir iqvia 360, sir incentive, sfe parameters) and serve as a single point of contact for region analytic needs.
Support country / region to develop analytical platforms to utilize commercial data to drive informative insights and profitable growth.
Ensure relevant country users have access to key data, gain meaningful insights to develop commercial strategies that drive profitable growth.
Creation and delivery of training materials for dashboards and ensure adoption.
Support and co‑develop with countries on ff performance management, partner countries to develop and implement sales excellence strategy to boost ff productivity and monitor implementation.
Support and collaborate with countries to improve ff productivity via quality resource allocation decisions by portfolio prioritizations, customer targeting and segmentation, new channel, new account acquisition, territory design / alignment, ff structure & capacity enhancement, call plan design (with mce) and monitor implementation.
Support co‑development of contents and delivery of the ff capabilities building program.
Support and leverage crm tool to improve sfe kpi and efficiency.
Own and manage sir commercial rewards and recognition programs to boost motivation and productivity.
Enhance and maintain sir commercial sharepoint to drive commercial best practices and digital marketing assets.
Experience
at least 5 years’ experience working in database management, business analysis, crm and sfe, marketing or sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skill and functional skills on reporting systems. Preferable knowledge of qlik sense or ms power bi and good skill in operating microsoft office (excel, powerpoint).
Proven operational experience in sales and sales force management (preferably in pharma) or sfe related role in fmcg or large field force‑based industry or experience in ims or pharma consulting on field force optimization projects.
Ability to work cross‑functionally / countries and with senior executives to inspire buy‑in of new concepts.
Strong articulation, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
10 %–20 % business travel.
University degree preferred.
Portuguese fluency is a must, english desirable.
