About you:
if you like working in the communication and entertainment industry and have experience carrying out accounts payable jr activities, you could contribute to us.
Your activities will be:
review of tax requirements, monitoring of advances granted to employees.
Reconcile tangible and intangible assets accounts and follow up on reconciling items upon resolution.
Validation of documents to release them to payment or to associate with previously granted advances.
Review of documents for reconciliation of accounting accounts.
Payment management.
Information analysis (age of balances).
Attention to audit requirements.
Attention to requests for status of documents sent by users.
Compliance and adherence to procedures and policies.
Attachment to levels of established service.
Validation of documents for release for payment, reconciliations.
If you have:
- bachelor´s degree - accounting
- intermediate excel management (databases, dynamic tables)
- advanced conversational english (you will have daily meetings with the televisaunivision usa)
