* lead the commercial strategy for assigned premier accounts, aligning with mexico's business objectives.
* develop customer strategic plans to drive growth and position zuru as a key player in the mexican toy market.
* maximize product availability, visibility, and brand awareness across offline and online channels through best‑in‑class execution.
* negotiate and execute joint business plans with key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer and zuru goals.

skills and experience
* 4+ years in sales or account management.
* experience in the toy or fmcg industry is well regarded.
* bachelor's degree in business, management, commerce or any equivalent.
* english fluency (written and spoken) essential for cross‑functional collaboration overseas.
* strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem‑solving expertise.
* leadership skills: ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams while holding stakeholders accountable.
