With 2-3 years experience, the role focuses on delivering strong performance and meeting company kpis. Plan, launch, and manage paid social (in-house) campaigns across all platforms. Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures. Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign delivery. Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights. Generate weekly performance reports for management. 2-3 years of hand on experience managing social campaigns ~ ability to understand conversion flows and analyze data effectively. ~ very good level of english (written and verbal). ~ analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach. ~ experience managing multi-platform social campaigns.
