Responsibilities:
* provide administrative support to regional sales managers to streamline and enhance field operations.
* prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company's erp system.
* maintain and update customer records in the crm system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
* collaborate closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.
* follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commercial relations, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
* background in the manufacturing industry.
* proficient in using erp and crm systems for quoting and data management.
