Job description:
we are seeking an experienced business intelligence manager to lead and manage our bi team in developing and implementing data analytics strategies and solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all bi systems and processes.
key responsibilities:
* lead and manage the bi team to develop and implement data analytics strategies and solutions.
* oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* monitor industry trends and advancements in bi technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of data analytics and establish key performance indicators (kpis) to measure effectiveness.
required skills and qualifications:
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, actuary, or a related field.
* proven experience as a bi manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of pharmaceutical audits.
* strong knowledge of bi tools and platforms, such as tableau, power bi, and qlikview, and proficiency in sql and excel.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* english is a must.
