Main responsibilities:
* manage ga team performance, roles and daily operations.
* oversee cafeteria, insurance, travel, and foreign employee management.
* develop and implement ga policies and procedures.
* handle general and capex purchasing and supplier management.
* prepare and monitor annual ga budget; analyze costs vs actuals.
* manage company relationships with government offices and external agencies.
* ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
qualifications:
* bachelor ́s degree in business administration or related field.
* minimum 8-10 years of ga/administration experience.
* strong skills in budget control, purchasing, and government relations.
* leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* proficient in ms office; fluent in english
