We are looking for an it delivery analyst to join the technology team and ensure the effective, timely, and high-quality delivery of it solutions. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams, support areas, and business users, ensuring that applications, services, and technology deliverables meet functional, operational, and quality requirements. Responsibilities provide support for critical business applications, ensuring service continuity and operational stability. Participate in application testing activities and support releases to qa and production environments. Prepare and validate deployment components before production releases. Monitor applications, processes, and service workflows to proactively identify and resolve issues. Track, document, and analyze incidents and support tickets, generating operational metrics and reports. Ensure proper version control and timely delivery of technology components. Propose improvements to delivery, support, and operational processes. Follow established support procedures and ensure compliance with service standards. Maintain high availability and reliability of it services. Required qualifications bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in it delivery, application support, production support, or similar roles. Hands-on experience supporting critical applications in enterprise environments. Advanced knowledge of databases, including: sql server azure databases dml and ddl commands knowledge of networking concepts and mobile device management (mdm). Experience working in testing environments and supporting application deployments. Experience with version control and release management processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to document technical issues and communicate solutions clearly. English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation. Nice to have experience with fuel management and volumetric control platforms such as controlgas, avalon, alvic, egas, or nexus fuel. Knowledge of cloud technologies and services, especially azure and oracle cloud. Understanding of itil, devops practices, and it service management tools such as servicenow. Soft skills customer and service-oriented mindset. Strong ownership and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
