- Responsibilities:
- Design, create and execute test cases that validate client data reporting across various reporting suites: NewRelic, ComScore, Nielsen, Adobe, Raptor and others.
- Write bugs and validate bug fixes.
- Adhere to pre-determined SLA for RC validation.
- Create and publish test reports after each RC test cycle.
- Support on-demand test validations with short timelines.
- KPI impacting incident deep dives to re-validate client reporting; create bugs/verify fixes.
- Support client dev teams in various in investigations by providing supporting data and duplicatable scenarios.
- Mandatory Skills Description:
- Experience in testing and data validation for iOS, Android, and TV Platforms (i.e., Apple TV, Android TV, FireTV, Roku, Samsung TV).
- Experience with Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and other debugging tools
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Good written/verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Good planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Familiar with Grafana, Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
- Experience with Blackbox testing.
- Familiar with Agile software development practices.
- Adept understanding of cloud concepts and implementations.
- Critical thinking skills to investigate root cause of the identified issues.
- Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy.
