Location: fully remote (based in latam) about trust one broker trust one broker is a real-estate investment firm dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and managing high-quality property opportunities. We work with experienced real-estate investors who rely on us to provide timely access to new properties and support throughout the investment lifecycle. Role overview the real estate lead communication specialist will serve as the primary point of contact between new property opportunities and our investor audience. When a new property becomes available, you will quickly connect with qualified investors, understand their investment goals, present the opportunity clearly, and coordinate next-step actions to move the deal forward. Key responsibilities monitor new property listings and incoming investor leads; ensure prompt outreach when opportunities open. Contact high-net-worth real-estate investors (via email, phone/voip, chat) to present available properties, answer questions, and gauge interest. Maintain and update investor communication logs, follow-up schedules, and status of each lead. Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and sales teams to provide investor feedback and assist in closing. Tailor communications to investor profiles—highlighting key metrics, investment rationale, risks, and timelines. Ensure high-level english communication (written & spoken) and professionalism in all investor interactions. Help refine investor pipelines and improve responsiveness and conversion rates of lead outreach. Work remotely within latam; availability to engage during u.s. business hours is preferred for timely investor interactions. Requirements & skills fluent english (excellent written and spoken proficiency) exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly and engage confidently with sophisticated investors. Experience in real-estate outreach, lead generation, sales support, or investor relations preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple leads, follow-ups, and workflow status. Self‑motivated, proactive, comfortable working remotely and adapting to a fast‑paced investment environment. Comfortable using crm tools, email, chat/voip platforms, and managing outreach workflows.
