ensure the continuity, security, and efficiency of information systems and technologies within the harness manufacturing plant.
responsibilities
* manages and supervises the it / it operations org unit according to defined objectives and kpis.
* oversee servers, networks, computers, and production control systems, including erp and mes.
* ensure proper functioning of erp, mes, and specialized software for harness production.
* implement security policies, backups, and contingency plans.
* lead and develop it team planning activities to meet all requirements and improve service delivery.
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate it solutions and drive continuous improvement.
* ensure compliance with it standards and governance in the harness manufacturing plant.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, informatics, electronics, or related field.
* minimum 5 years of it leadership experience in manufacturing plants.
* intermediate to advanced english for global customer and supplier interaction.
* ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
