Responsibilities develop 2d/3d cad models and detailed drawings for automation cells and mechanical systems using solidworks, catia, autocad. Design and integrate mechanical systems, assemblies, jigs, fixtures, and automation for manufacturing and assembly processes. Perform simulation, analysis, testing, and validation to ensure performance, quality, compliance, and kpis (oee, cycle time, cost). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, production, quality) to support system integration and product development. Ensure design for manufacturability, support process planning, and optimize assemblies using robots, agvs, lines, karakuri. Prepare, release, and maintain engineering documentation (drawings, boms, blueprints, process sheets) and design records. Support npi, troubleshooting, supplier selection, standards compliance (ul), and service for existing production cells. A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.
