*key responsibilities*:- plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and brand activations.- coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and travel arrangements.- collaborate with the marketing team to align event goals with broader business objectives.- manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations.- support the creation of promotional materials and communication campaigns for events and webinars.- serve as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.- research and propose innovative ideas to enhance attendee engagement and event success.- build and maintain relationships with partners, speakers, and vendors.
*requirements*:- current marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.- at least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments.- excellent organizational and project management skills.- strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours.- proficiency in tools like google workspace (docs, sheets, slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., zoom, microsoft teams).- creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
