The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and position the property as a leading luxury destination in Cancún. This role oversees digital marketing, branding, PR, advertising, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with the hotel’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel’s luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.- Maintain and strengthen the hotel’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:- Understanding of the hotel’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), and content strategy.- Lead social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), engaging with influencers and generating visually compelling content.3. Public Relations & Media Relations:- Collaborate with PR agencies and media outlets to secure coverage in luxury travel publications, blogs, and broadcast channels.- Organize press trips, FAM tours, and media events to showcase the hotel’s offerings.- Handle crisis communications and maintain a positive brand reputation.4. Advertising & Promotions:- Plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (print, digital, OTA partnerships, etc.).- Develop seasonal promotions, packages, and partnerships with luxury brands or local attractions.- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.5. Content Creation & Storytelling:- Supervise the production of high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, blogs, newsletters).- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the hotel’s luxury standards and appeal to target audiences (leisure travelers, honeymooners, corporate clients, etc.).6.
