* develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as web services, excel (core system euc), and robots to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
* design, develop, and maintain databases to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
required skills and qualifications:
* a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation development and implementation.
* strong skills in excel, macro programming, and web-based technologies such as asp, odbc, and javascript.
* good understanding of sql and database management systems including teradata.
* knowledge of hsbc core systems is preferred but not required.
