Responsibilities: overall hr & administration management take full responsibility for the human resources and administrative operations of the mexico subsidiary. Compliance & system development establish and optimize hr and administrative systems in full compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations. Talent acquisition & team building lead end-to-end recruitment and training initiatives to build a high-performing operations team for the factory. Administrative & logistics support oversee all administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth factory operations. Cross-functional collaboration work closely with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure policy compliance, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.
requirements: education & language bachelor’s degree or above. Professional working proficiency in english (spanish is a strong plus). Experience minimum 2 years of work experience in mexico. Prior experience in setting up a manufacturing facility from scratch for a chinese company overseas is highly preferred. Competencies strong achievement drive, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate effectively.
