principales responsabilidades:
* work with the director and the media planning teams to develop strategies for all digital media buys, as assigned
* lead strategic and tactical planning activities, with oversight responsibilities; act as a primary contact for clients, as appropriate, and internal/external partners
* accountable for building, developing, implementing, and maintaining media plans that adhere to and deliver campaign objectives and strategies
* responsible for managing campaign setup that includes ad serving, tracking implementation, and trafficking
* proactively investigate media opportunities and craft well-supported articulate points-of-view
* review and evaluate proposals from media partners
* deliver in-flight campaign insights that deliver thoughtful and actionable direction for the client
* manage and be accountable for budgets with team; oversee reports and client billing
* manage the use of proprietary and syndicated tools
* set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them with timely quality work
* responsible for managing a team of direct reports (remote and across all rise locations) with accountability for all aspects of team oversight, including employee onboarding, employee training, employee performance (accountability and behavior), employee retention
* overall control of workflow and assigned responsibilities within the team; oversee the progress of all projects and provide assistance, where necessary, to ensure timely completion; quickly and tactfully troubleshoot employee and client issues
* forecast workloads to align resources to match client needs
* assign work across team members to leverage each person’s individual skills, as well as motivate their interests and keep them challenged
* participate in client education of assigned digital channels, with responsibility for developing intellectual capital, including best practices, case studies, and official agency points-of-view
* encourage thorough evaluation of cross-channel digital marketing strategies, finding opportunity for competitive advantage
* provide ongoing feedback and conduct employee evaluations; develop skills / careers of team members within rise through feedback and weekly meetings
* keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising, including new technology, ai and evolving platforms
* collaborate with leadership and peers to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency, tools, and systems, and improve current workflows.
