*your role and responsibilities*
the purpose of the hardware tracking and cio device purchase program analyst is responsible of to specify activities required to register and maintain the devices, ensuring accurate financial records of in scope ibm devices, including reflecting inventory transferences and movements of ownership, and ensure compliance in accordance with global chief information officer (cio) guidance on asset management and global fixed assets (gfa) instructions.
Cio devices purchase program responsabilities:
the analyst will be responsible of the following activities:
the wipe of the device that is part of the cdpp program
the dep (clearence of the ibm records in mac and lenovo records
contact center mananagement

at least 1 years of experience with asset management services, or management services.
Excellent communication skills,
creative with issue resolution.
