* review sap system processes jointly with users to ensure the standardized flow of functional area processes.
* advise and develop user knowledge of sap system processes at the site.
* establish and standardize bbm – sap processes for site users.
* ensure continuous improvement of processes through compliance with and monitoring of kpis.
