we are seeking a bilingual marketing manager (spanish/english) based in guadalajara, mexico to lead and execute marketing initiatives for the local market. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite and two days remote.
this position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. Reporting to senior marketing leadership and collaborating closely with regional and global teams, the marketing manager will be responsible for developing locally relevant strategies aligned with broader commercial objectives.

key responsibilities
* develop and execute the mexico marketing strategy in alignment with global brand and commercial objectives.
* plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches and key market initiatives.
* lead event and trade show marketing activities, including audience targeting, messaging, campaign execution, and post-event follow-up.
* manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, email campaigns, social media, and performance tracking.
* oversee localization and adaptation of marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and brand consistency in both spanish and english.
* partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement initiatives.
* manage the local marketing budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and roi analysis.
* coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
* track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, event roi, and digital metrics.
* collaborate cross-functionally with product, service, finance, and regional/global marketing teams to support growth objectives.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5–8+ years of progressive b2b marketing experience.
* demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
* strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* full professional fluency in spanish and english (spoken and written) is required. The role involves regular collaboration with global stakeholders and development of marketing materials in both languages. Language proficiency may be assessed during the hiring process.
technical skills
* proficiency in microsoft office 365 (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook).
* experience with crm systems (salesforce preferred).
* familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and design software (e.g., canva or adobe creative suite).
* experience working with cms platforms and marketing analytics tools.

* experience in healthcare, regulated industries, capital equipment, or other complex b2b sectors.
