about the role:
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paid media specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing high-performing paid search campaigns across b2b and b2c channels.
your key responsibilities:
* plan and execute paid shopping campaigns, pmax campaigns, and search campaigns from start to finish.
* conduct keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, implement automated bid strategies, and test landing pages for optimal performance.
* monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven optimizations.
the ideal candidate:
to succeed in this role, you will need:
* hands-on experience with google ads, including planning, execution, and optimization.
* proficiency in google ads editor, excel, and powerpoint.
* basic knowledge of tracking and floodlight tagging.
