we are seeking a strategic professional to join our organization as an hr business partner in guadalajara, mexico.
as a trusted advisor in a dynamic organization, you will support operations across various business units, driving business success through impactful human capital strategies.
key responsibilities:
* act as a strategic hr partner to leadership and business teams.
* lead initiatives in talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
* advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with mexican labor law.
* drive learning & development efforts and onboard new talent effectively.
* support process improvement, automation in hr, and employee experience.
* collaborate within a matrix organization and across centers of excellence.
requirements:
* 5+ years as an hr business partner or similar strategic hr role.
* bachelor's in human resources, business, or related field.
* advanced english and native spanish fluency.
* solid understanding of mexican labor regulations.
* experience working with hris platforms (sap successfactors, adp vantage a plus).
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
preferred:
* master's degree or postgraduate certification in organizational development or human resources.
* ability to manage multiple hr projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* experience in coaching, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
