Position overviewthe admin & business support manager is a key enabling role within esab global robotic solutions, responsible for strengthening financial transparency, supporting pricing and margin management in nam, and ensuring disciplined administration of a highly complex and evolving robotic product portfolio. The role combines financial tracking, analytical rigor, and hands-on administrative execution. It is designed for a professional with a consulting or business analytics background who enjoys working close to the business, translating data into insights, and supporting decision-making across pricing, product complexity, and profitability. This position acts as an interface between grs leadership, finance, sales, and product management, ensuring that data, pricing logic, and portfolio administration are aligned, accurate, and actionable. Primary duties financial & business performance tracking track and monitor financial performance of the grs business line, including revenue, gross margin, cost evolution, and mix effects. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by consolidating, structuring, and validating financial data in collaboration with finance. Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities related to pricing, costs, and portfolio structure. Prepare management-level summaries and ad-hoc analyses for grs leadership. Pricing & margin support support development, implementation, and monitoring of price strategies across robotic products, systems, and options (primarily in nam). Maintain transparency on list prices, discounts, cost drivers, and contribution margins. Support price increase initiatives, ensuring logical consistency, documentation, and clean execution in systems and price lists. Act as an analytical sparring partner to sales, helping explain margin logic and price structures. Product portfolio & administrative governance own and maintain administrative structures for a complex, configurable robotic product portfolio. Support product lifecycle administration (new introductions, changes, phase-outs) in close alignment with product management. Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data, pricing elements, and commercial conditions across tools and reports. Drive simplification initiatives by highlighting redundancies, complexity drivers, and process inefficiencies. Cross-functional coordination & support act as an operational bridge between grs, finance, sales operations, and product management. Support internal alignment on assumptions, data definitions, and reporting standards. Ensure topics are documented, followed up, and closed with discipline. Qualifications required bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or similar. 3–6 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, finance business partnering, or operational strategy. Strong analytical and structured thinking mindset. High attention to detail with ability to manage complexity without losing the big picture. Advanced excel / data handling skills; comfortable working with financial and product data. Preferred experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technology businesses. Exposure to pricing, margin management, or product portfolio analysis. Experience working in matrix or international organizations. Personal attributes structured, reliable, and execution-focused.
