Our CSRs serve as the first point of contact for customers, retailers, the client and their insured. We are looking for upbeat, energetic, solutions-driven individuals who take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
LP CSRs are responsible for providing high-quality support across multiple claims-related workstreams, including:
Customer & Retailer Support
* Manage inbound calls from retailers, agents, clients and their insured.
* Provide accurate data collection within BPO applications.
* Assist with verification of customer, vehicle, and warranty information.
* Support customers and retailers with claim status updates and coordination of new vehicle glass related claims
Communication & Customer Experience
* Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills.
* Provide empathetic, patient, and accurate support in every interaction.
* Apply active listening and de-escalation techniques when needed.
* Protect the customer and retailer experience by ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
* Manage inbound calls from retailers, clients, and their insured.
* Provide accurate case documentation within CRM systems.
* Assist with verification of customer, vehicle, and warranty information.
* Support customers and retailers with service appointment coordination, and installation inquiries.
What You’ll Bring
* 1+ year of call center or customer service experience required.
* Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently on the phone.
* Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient typing skills.
* Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and ability to manage difficult conversations.
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while speaking with customers.

Mexico LP/Glass New-Hire Class – April 2026
We are requesting approval for a Mexico LP/Glass new hire class beginning April 6, 2026.
Training Timeline: 2 weeks training/1 week nesting
Training Dates: Monday, April 6– Friday, April 17, 2026
Training Schedules:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET
Schedules will include Saturday shifts
Once the class is confirmed, a finalized schedule offering will be provided.
Nesting Period:
* April 20– April 24, 2026 (1 week)
