define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.manage the plant operations to achieve the kpi targets through action plans and regular reviews.review monthly action plans with department managers.deploy and challenge sps & 6 sigma in all areas of the plant.organise the missions of the different departments in order to anticipate or solve operational manufacturing issues.build strong local industrial competencies and ensure targeted level of turnover.ensure the right focus and implementation on ehs action plans.qualificationsbachelor's degree in engineering or a business related field required.
master's degree preferred.8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function / quality/ logistic.3 to 5 years experience in management field.proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing improvements.exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.english advancedlooking to make an impact with your career?
