We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong focus on Quality to join our growing team. The adecuado candidate will combine proven project management experience with quality assurance expertise, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role requires excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage.
- Coordinate and monitor quality assurance activities across teams and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact for audits, inspections, and compliance-related communications.
- Develop, implement, and track project and quality control plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify potential risks, issues, or non-conformities in both project execution and quality standards, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare progress reports, quality metrics, and incident documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and/or quality assurance roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, and other digital tools
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- Quality assurance or compliance
- Process improvement or internal audits
- Project management or operations support
- Finance or bookkeeping
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ISO, Six Sigma, or QA/QC are an advantage
Requirements
- Reside in Mexico
- The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from
- Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.
- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher. Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 11 or higher, or MacOS 13 or higher.
- You must have an internet connection of at least 20 MB download and 5 MB upload.
- You must have an enabled antivirus on your computer.
