At our company, operational excellence starts on the floor. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced plant manager to lead one of our new manufacturing facilities with a workforce of 15. This is a role with full responsibility for site performance across safety, quality, people, cost, delivery, and innovation.
as a key site leader, you will collaborate closely with process managers and hq stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence. You’ll spend your time on the production floor — solving problems, empowering teams, and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
key responsibilities
* oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, quality, logistics, finance, and maintenance
* drive performance through efficient scheduling, structured kpis, and lean processes
* partner with the production manager, process managers, and quality manager to address challenges in real time
* build and lead a high-performing, motivated team through clear expectations, development plans, and succession initiatives
* ensure full compliance with company policies, iso, hse, and quality standards
* manage plant-level profitability, cost discipline, and inventory control
* collaborate with commercial teams and represent the plant during audits and customer visits
* support innovation, automation, and continuous improvement projects aligned with group strategy
what we’re looking for
* bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
* 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role
* solid knowledge of cost control, lean manufacturing, iso, safety, and quality systems
* strong communication skills in both local language and professional english
* strategic mindset with a hands-on, floor-based leadership style
* resilient, organised, and driven by people, performance, and precision
